Day Four Raw Cleanse

 Breakfast: Orange Banana Raspberry Smoothie
Very Good.

Lunch: Pate (Sunflower seeds, oregano, basil)

Dinner: Zucchinighetti and Red Sauce
Very tasty. I used oregano from my garden
for the easy red sauce and it's very flavorful. 

I've lost 4 lbs already.
