Day Eighteen Raw Cleanse

 Breakfast: Apple Banana Smoothie

 Lunch: "Lemon Pie" Parfait
Not very filling, but nice. Better with grated lemon rind.

Dinner: Nut "Sushi"(almonds)
OK, and fun to photograph, but not that tasty.

Day Seventeen Raw Cleanse

Lunch: Celery Soup with sprouts
Not my favorite, but it's a pretty color.

Day Sixteen Raw Cleanse

Breakfast: Mango Orange Banana Smoothie
Another day I blended rather than eating a fruit salad.

Lunch: Raw "Falafel" made with sunflower seeds
Tasted pretty good!

Day Fifteen Raw Cleanse

 Breakfast: Mango Banana Strawberry Smoothie
Yes, it's good.

Lunch: Raw Tomato Soup with
chives and oregano from my garden.
Very tasty.

Dar Fourteen Raw Cleanse

Breakfast: Fruit Salad Smoothie
Instead of a fruit salad, I blended it all.

Day Thirteen Raw Cleanse

Breakfast: Cantaloupe "Mylk"
Lots of it..very good. This is just blended cantaloupe.

Lunch: Sprout Salad with Avocado
This is all of it, just sprouts, orange juice and one avocado.
It's OK, but needs more.

Dinner: The plan was Power Green Juice (similar to Day Nine),
but I went off-plan with a piece of cheese-less pizza
and lots of fresh almond milk.

I am down by 5.5 pounds total from the start of the cleanse.

Day Twelve Raw Cleanse

Breakfast: Watermelon Juice
Very sweet and refreshing.

Lunch: Carrot Beet Coconut Water Juice
Pretty good. This is just a tiny glass.
The recipe makes at least a quart.

Dinner: The plan was Almond Mylk, but I went off-plan
and had a mostly raw salad at a restaurant, and had the Mylk later.

Day Eleven Raw Cleanse

Today was a water fast. No food, no juices.
I did have some almond milk at 7 pm, and some toasted nori in the morning.

Day Ten Raw Cleanse

Breakfast: Cherry Orange Banana Smoothie.
Very good.

Dinner: Grapefruit Juice and lots of it!
I still don't like grapefruit juice.

Day Nine Raw Cleanse

Breakfast:"The Jolly Green Giant" Green Smoothie
Pretty good. I used a little kale, mostly spinach and a whole lemon.

Lunch: Sunny Salad
Nice, but could have used a little extra spice or herb of some sort.
I subbed basil and chive for the dill, but it needed something stronger.

Dinner: Off-plan since I had a dinner meeting. It was mostly raw.
(Fresh Spring Rolls and a salad with cucumbers and tomatoes.)

Day Eight Raw Cleanse

Breakfast: Banana Orange Blueberry Smoothie with fresh Almond Milk
Yes, of course it was good!
Lunch: My own creation (off the plan but still raw) of a veggie salad.
Avocado, jicama, bok choy, celery, tomato,
lemon juice and sea kelp sprinkles.

Dinner: Fruit Salad with my own creation of blueberry sauce.
Good, but I could only eat half.

Day Six Raw Cleanse

Breakfast: Clementine Juice.
Very Good.

Lunch: Watercress Salad
A little different, but I liked it.

Dinner: The plan was "Wandaful Slaw" but
we ate out and I had a raw very tasty Tomato-Watermelon Gazpacho,
and a heated dish with tofu cabbage and mushroom.

 Breakfast: Orange Banana Raspberry Smoothie
Very Good.

for the easy red sauce and it's very flavorful.

I've lost 4 lbs already.

Day Three Raw Cleanse

Day Three Breakfast: Three Oranges Juiced blended with banana
Very good.

Day Three Lunch: Celery Chowder or Smoothie
(made with fresh coconut meat and water)
Really good. This surprised me. I also made it as a smoothie
which was easier to consume!

Day Three Dinner: Apple Pie with Almond Crust and a bowl of cherries.
I made one with just apple and one with frozen cherries blended in.
Pretty good and filling.

Day Two Raw Cleanse

 Day Two Lunch: Mineralizing Salad

Day Two Dinner: Supposed to be a salsa wrapped in kale,
but it was too runny so I made it a Kale/Salsa Smoothie!
Very good and I liked the spicyness.

Day Two Breakfast: Juice of 3 Grapefruits (was supposed to be 8!)
